Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district in Antioch, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavior strategies.
• Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to staff implementing behavior interventions.
• Track student progress and refine interventions based on data.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Prior experience in an educational or clinical setting with applied behavior analysis.
