Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district in Antioch, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavior strategies.
- Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to staff implementing behavior interventions.
- Track student progress and refine interventions based on data.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Prior experience in an educational or clinical setting with applied behavior analysis.
