Full-Time School BCBA

Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Plainfield, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, focusing on developing and implementing behavior interventions for students with special needs.

Position Details

• Location: Plainfield, IL

• Position Type: Full-time

• Caseload: K-12 students with a variety of needs

• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide direct services to students, including 1:1 and group sessions

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior strategies

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Provide training and support to teachers and other school personnel regarding behavior management techniques

• Maintain accurate records and data on student behavior and progress

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification

• Experience working with students with diverse needs (K-12)

• Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
