Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Full-Time Opportunity in Byfield, MA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time role with school districts in the Byfield, MA area. Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following local and state requirements to apply:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Licensing: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting or with children preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of behavioral interventions, data collection, and the ability to create individualized plans.
  • Background Check: Must pass both state and local background checks.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with school staff, students, and families.

Responsibilities:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing behavior patterns.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other school professionals to implement interventions across settings.
  • Providing training and support to staff and families on behavioral techniques and strategies.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Supporting the development and review of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for students with behavioral needs.
  • Ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
