Position: Full-Time School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Lincoln MI

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' specific needs and enhance their participation in school activities.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' success in educational environments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for school-aged children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
