Position Details:

- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' needs to develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
- Promote students' independence in school activities and daily life skills
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current WA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
