Position: School Paraprofessional
Location: Fenton, MO

School Year: 2024-2025

Blazerworks, in partnership with the Fenton school district, is seeking a dedicated School Paraprofessional to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.


  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs, including personal care assistance if required
  • Support classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment
  • Assist with the supervision of students during lunch, recess, and field trips
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure student success


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework or degree in education or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for students with diverse needs
