Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Huntsville, AL
Term: 2023-2024 School Year

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? Do you have experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview:
As a Full-Time RBT, you will work closely with students in school settings to implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role will involve providing one-on-one support to students, implementing behavior management techniques, collecting data on student progress, and collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure the success of each student.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student success
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor s degree preferred
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
