Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Westerly, RI

This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to work directly with students, providing essential behavioral support and making a lasting impact.

Position Details:

• Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Westerly, RI
• Duration: Full-time, 2024-2025 School Year
• Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Collect and document data on student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and productive classroom setting.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting student growth and development.
