Full Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Opening South of Worcester, MA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. 

  • Collect and record data on student progress. 

  • Assist in the development of individualized goals for students. 

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction. 

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student behavior.

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred). 

  • Current KS RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 

  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
