Full Time School SLP Contract Position

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within school districts in the South Lyon, MI area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals dedicated to improving students' communication abilities and overall academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
