Full-Time School SLP Role in Wilmington, DE (2024-2025 School Year)
Blazerworks is excited to partner with the school district in Wilmington, DE, to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2024-2025 school year. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and overcome challenges to succeed in the classroom.

- Position Type: Full-time, 2024-2025 school year
- Student Population: K-12 (across various schools, specific caseload will be discussed during the interview)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students in the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication disorders
- Provide therapy services to students with speech/language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress
- Document student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active License as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Delaware
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
- Must be passionate about helping students reach their communication goals and thrive academically
