Position: Full-Time School Special Education (SPED) Teacher Location: Skiatook,Ok

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning requirements.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and IEP goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid New Hampshire state teaching certification in Special Education.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs in an educational setting is preferred.
