Full Time School Speech Language Pathologist Job

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Felton, DE. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by addressing their speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy and interventions to meet IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and modifications as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Licensure: Delaware State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification: CCC-SLP credential preferred but not required for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in schools or pediatrics.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
