Full Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Ellicott City, Maryland. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic success.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Maryland State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
