Blazerworks has partnered with the Statesville School District to seek a dedicated and passionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while being part of a supportive educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of students with visual impairments.
• Offer support and training for students, families, and staff on vision-related tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairments (TVI).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement adaptive teaching strategies.
