- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- An active Illinois state SLP license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
- A Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Job Description:
As a Full-time Schools Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minooka, IL, you will:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
Experience & Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required).
- Active Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred but CFs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of IEPs, speech therapy interventions, and school-based therapy models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
