• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

• A Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Job Description:

As a Full-time Schools Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minooka, IL, you will:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Experience & Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required).
• Active Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred but CFs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of IEPs, speech therapy interventions, and school-based therapy models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
