Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the 2024-2025 school year in Cleveland, OH. If you are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and succeed academically, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in a school setting is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
