Position Overview: Blazerworks is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Manassas, VA. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in assisting Speech-Language Pathologists in providing essential services to students with communication and language disorders. Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individual and group therapy to students.
• Implement therapy plans, exercises, and activities designed to improve students' speech and language skills.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
