Full Time Social Worker Contract Position

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our partnered school district in Mount Prospect, IL, for a full-time role. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement interventions.
• Support students in crisis situations and assist with conflict resolution.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual support when needed.
• Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress regularly.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois Social Worker licensure (LCSW or LSW).
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
