Responsibilities:

As a Social Worker at Blazerworks, you will be responsible for providing essential support and services to students within the De Soto School District. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to identify and address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
• Collaborating with school staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement intervention plans.
• Providing individual and group counseling to students to promote mental health and well-being.
• Advocating for students and families to ensure access to necessary resources and services.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of Kansas.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
