Responsibilities:

• Assist in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher
• Support students in their educational and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators to create a conducive learning environment
• Help implement educational programs and strategies
• Provide additional assistance in small group activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in education a plus
• Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students learn and grow
