Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Plan and deliver differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of your students
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Provide additional support to students through one-on-one or small group instruction
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• State teaching certification in Special Education
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
