Position: Full-Time Special Education Teacher
Location: Billerica, MA
Program: Pathways Program
Dates: ASAP - June 20, 2025
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload/Details:
- Serve a small number of young adults aged 18-22 who are receiving job and life skill instruction as part of the Pathways Program.
License Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Special Education certification in the state of Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans focused on job and life skills.
- Provide direct instruction and support to young adults in the program.
- Collaborate with job coaches, parents, and other educators to ensure students are meeting their goals.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
