Full-Time Special Education Teacher Contract Position Available

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role within school districts in the Rodeo, CA area. We are looking for dedicated educators passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of students in both inclusive and special education settings.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting lesson plans and strategies as necessary.
• Provide direct instruction and support in academic, social, and behavioral development.

Applicant Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements for the state of California:

• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience in developing and managing IEPs.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws regarding special education.
