Full Time Special Education Teacher Job

Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with schools in Evanston, IL, to provide exceptional special education services. We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to deliver individualized instruction and support for students with unique learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure holistic student development.
• Use evidence-based practices and adaptive technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and document student progress while addressing areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for special education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education endorsement.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Special Education Teacher.
• Knowledge of Illinois special education standards and compliance requirements.
