Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality special education services. Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and adapt instructional materials to meet the individual needs of students with diverse abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and assistive technologies to support student learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in special education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
