Position Overview:

As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs. You will collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies tailored to meet the needs of students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each student.
• Use a variety of assessment tools to monitor and track student progress.
• Provide ongoing communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
