Job Description: Blazerworks is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education (SPED) Teacher for a full-time position in Belmont, MA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment and providing personalized support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification in Special Education.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
