Special Education Teacher (Full-Time) ($39.00 hr)

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and professionals to provide the best possible educational experience for students.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Massachusetts Teaching License in Special Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Dedication to the success and well-being of all students.
