Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time position within school districts in the Billerica, MA area. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet students' academic and social needs.
• Provide specialized instruction in academic subjects, life skills, and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to create and maintain an inclusive learning environment.
• Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding special education services.

Massachusetts State Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following state requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Clear criminal background check and fingerprinting per Massachusetts regulations.
