Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and track students' progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive support to students
• Foster a positive and engaging learning experience for students with diverse learning needs

Qualifications:

• Valid SPED teaching certification in the state of Georgia
• Passion for working with students with special needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
