Job Description: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Assignment: Itinerant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time, itinerant position with an immediate start date, running through June 2025. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and students to ensure educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success.
• Travel between assigned school sites as part of the itinerant role.

Qualifications:

• Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs.

Compensation:

• Pay starting at $50 per hour.
