Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Position Available

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time role in school districts in the Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students’ communication and speech needs.

Position Requirements:

• Pennsylvania state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school setting is a plus
• Understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
• Write and maintain IEPs, including progress reports
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational accommodations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student success
