Position Summary:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students' communication skills and abilities. You'll work collaboratively with educators and parents to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, enabling students to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive strategies for students' success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to ensure students' needs are met effectively

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Indiana state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
