Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the educational needs of students. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing individualized assistance to students with academic tasks
• Assisting in the preparation of instructional materials
• Collaborating with teachers to implement lesson plans
• Monitoring and managing student behavior in the classroom
• Offering support in small group activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting student success
