Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Indiana (Remote Position)
Start Date: December 6, 2023 May 30, 2024
Job Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Hourly Rate: $45-$50/hour
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a virtual position based in Indiana. The selected candidate will provide speech and language therapy services remotely, offering support to students with communication disorders. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support students' progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Provide virtual therapy sessions in alignment with the Individualized Education Program (IEP)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in virtual speech therapy is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs
