Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Minnesota. In this full-time role, you will work remotely and provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students. This position offers the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.

  1. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech and language needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  2. Therapeutic Services: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on improving articulation, language comprehension, communication skills, and more.
  3. Individualized Support: Work closely with students to address their unique speech and language challenges, adapting therapy plans as needed.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document students' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
