Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Position

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 10 am - 6 pm daily

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in California. This is a contract position with guaranteed hours, offering competitive pay. The successful candidate will work with a caseload primarily consisting of individuals aged 3-13 with ASD diagnoses, with potential exposure to other cases and age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to individuals with ASD diagnoses and potentially other cases and age groups.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure in California.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCCs) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in outpatient or SNF settings.
• Prior experience working with the ASD population is highly desirable.

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a pre-screen phone interview with the Recruiting Coordinator, followed by an in-person or virtual interview with the Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in the final decision-making process.
