General Education 4th Grade Teacher Needed - Bloomingdale, IL

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced 4th Grade General Education Teachers for a full-time role within school districts in the Bloomingdale, IL area. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and engage students in core subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and collaboration.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic development through differentiated instruction and classroom management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators to ensure student success.
• Incorporate technology and interactive learning tools into daily instruction.
• Participate in school-wide meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences.

Special Requirements: 

• IL state Teaching Licensure.
• Elementary grade level experience preferred.
• Passing a comprehensive background check in accordance with state and district regulations.
• Proven ability to work with diverse student populations and support their academic success.
