Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support and feedback.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school staff to support student learning and development.
• Utilize varied instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and reports.
• Participate in professional development and school meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Valid Rhode Island teaching certification (required).
• Previous teaching experience in a K-12 setting (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for student growth and achievement.
