Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Will consider a BT with relevant experience
- Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors
- Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
- Onsite Only
- Caseload: High School Students
- Responsibilities Include:
• Client seeking an EXPERIENCED RBT/BT with moderate-severe behaviors. Client prefers a patient, physically and mentally strong candidate.
• Candidate will be working with a 1-2 larger students, who are physically aggressive and difficult.
• Candidate will be working within a classroom with multiple staff members supporting the classroom, including a BCBA, RBT's and BT's.
- Hourly Pay: $35 - 38+ dependent on experience
