Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to K-12 students, addressing their emotional, behavioral, and social needs within a special education context.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, provide counseling, and devise strategies to enhance students' academic and personal development.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records of student interactions, progress, and interventions.
• Facilitate effective communication between home and school to support student needs and promote a positive educational atmosphere.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload of up to 60 students, ensuring targeted support and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid 310 certification is required.
• Previous experience working with K-12 students, particularly in special education settings, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload and create impactful intervention strategies.
