We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to our students.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the SLP in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). 

  • Conduct speech and language screenings without interpretation. 

  • Provide direct therapy services to students according to the treatment plans developed by the SLP. 

  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records. 

  • Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions. 

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and other educational staff. 

Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field. 

  • Current state licensure or certification as an SLPA. 

  • Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred). 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
