Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time role with school districts in the Boulder, CO area. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and meet the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply.


  • Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification: Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an OT, preferably in a school setting.
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances required by the state and school district.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.


  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to improve their physical, cognitive, and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' educational goals.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress.
  • Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
