Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Conduct direct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
Provide support and feedback to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
