We are looking for a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team in North Hampton, New Hampshire! This is a full-time position supporting elementary school students in a dynamic and engaging educational environment.

Position Overview:

• Location: North Hampton, NH (Onsite at Elementary School)
• Hours: 32-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Start Date: Immediate start available
• Caseload: Elementary students (specific details shared during the interview process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in academic and behavioral areas
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing additional support
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in a school setting
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff
