School Social Worker (SSW) 

• Academic School Year, and Standard School Hours  
• Pay: Starting at $53.00-$55.00+ per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans that align with students’ educational and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Advocate for students’ well-being and ensure access to necessary resources and services.
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed to support their success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a School Social Worker.
• At least one year of experience working as a Social Worker, preferably in a pediatric or school setting, is preferred.
