Hiring Paraprofessionals for the 2024 2025 School Year | San Jose, CA

Interviews are being held for the 24–25 academic year. This is an urgent need post that will probably be filled for the upcoming academic year. The specifics are given below. 

Location: San Jose, CA

Job Details: 

• Dates: ASAP - June 4, 2025 

• Full Time | 37.5 hours/week 

• Caseload: 

• K-12th Grade 

• Supervise students in the classroom, on the playground, and/or in the lunchroom 

• Prepare lesson plans and grades as directed by supervising teacher 

• Maintain daily record of student behavior 

• Provide observations, opinions and feedback to professional staff 

• Onsite only 

• Hourly pay: $22+ (depending on level of experience) 

Experience and Skills Desired: 

• Must have active Para License/Certification 

• Must have housing and willing to drive 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Valid Community First Aid and CPR card for adult, infant, and children (or acquire within 6 months of hire)
