Hiring Paraprofessionals: Full-Time Job - Abilene, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing instructional activities under the teacher’s guidance.
• Provide one-on-one support to students needing additional help.
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs, ensuring accommodations are provided as outlined in their IEPs.
• Collaborate with school staff to deliver cohesive student support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of at least 48 college credit hours, an associate degree, or passing the ParaPro Assessment.
• Previous experience working with children, especially in educational settings, is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
