Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support under the direction of certified teachers.
- Assist students with academic tasks, personal care needs, and classroom participation.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior in alignment with school policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Missouri Substitute Certificate or Paraprofessional Certificate required.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Background check and fingerprint clearance per Missouri state regulations.
